Prisco Vardaro


Mr. Vardaro is a partner and senior trial attorney who has successfully litigated cases of significant exposure in the medical malpractice and general liability fields on behalf of individual physicians, hospitals, medical groups and various other businesses.

Mr. Vardaro is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Mr. Vardaro then graduated from Adelphi University with a Master’s Degree in Biology, where he received a Graduate Achievement Scholarship. While attending Adelphi University, he was a laboratory instructor and lecturer for undergraduate courses in human anatomy, vertebrate physiology and vertebrate embryology.

Mr. Vardaro received his law degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, in 1993 where he graduated with honors.

Following admission to the bar, Mr. Vardaro was employed as a trial attorney handling the defense of negligence cases from intake through settlement or verdict. His duties included daily court appearances, examinations before trial, framed issue hearings, settlement conferences and jury trials. He continued his career as an associate and partner with other medical malpractice and general liability litigation firms, including the office of Vardaro & Associates, LLP.

Mr. Vardaro has also successfully represented physicians who have been called before the New York State Office of Professional Medical Conduct, as well as nursing professionals before the Office of Professional Discipline.

Mr. Vardaro is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts. He is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations.
