Tricia M. Criscito


Ms. Criscito graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stony Brook University where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Social Sciences Interdisciplinary. While attending Stony Brook, she was a teaching assistant for research methods and was a research assistant for Child Behavioral Studies. Ms. Criscito received her Juris Doctor Degree from Hofstra Law in 2000, and during law school, she interned at a law firm which represents a major medical malpractice insurance carrier assisting attorneys handling medical malpractice claims.

Ms. Criscito joined our firm in 2000 and has been handling all aspects of discovery and trial preparation for matters involving personal injury, general liability, Labor Law and medical malpractice. With a focus in medical malpractice defense, her duties have included representing physicians and medical personnel at depositions, conducting depositions of plaintiff’s and non-party witnesses, attending conferences with expert witnesses, analyzing medical records, conducting medical and legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, attending court appearances and conducting oral arguments regarding various motions, and participating in claims committee meetings and settlement conferences.

Ms. Criscito is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and she is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations.
